Hello!I'm Ken.A native of the Northwest since the age of two, my first backpack trip was taken at the age of five in Northern Idaho. Since then my hiking adventures have taken me to Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, California, Hawaii, and numerous places not involving a backpack all over the world. I served twelve years in the U.S. Navy Submarine force, love spending time with my family, and of course any outdoor adventures involving photography.

Time Machine
I have always regarded my camera as a time machine. It is the only tool known to man that has the ability to take a moment in time and freeze it for future enjoyment. Those family moments on vacation... that sunset or sunrise... the epic hiking or backpacking adventure. I revisit my pictures to remember what it was like on that day and in that moment. I share my pictures to allow others to perhaps feel the same. My landscapes capture tiny moments of God's handiwork and as the writer of Psalm 8 would say, "How majestic is Your name in all the earth!"
